We truly enjoyed this perfect hotel with very pleasant and really good staff with quick service. Climate control and coffee inside the deluxe king room were handy👌

The restaurant was rubbish, I ordered a lemon meringue and got a rubbish lemon tart, when I asked where is the meringue I was told oh sorry it doesnt come with it??? following day i used the restaurant again and it took 60 mins after i had my starter till i got my main meal, when i asked why it took so long i was told they had been busy, i had in fact been sat there for nearly 2 hours and the restaurant was maybe half full (not busy) when i chacked out they had charged me for my breakfast and over charged my room rate to the cost of over 500 bucks i was shocked i thought i was dealing with a bunch of complete idiots not the professional staff i expect while away on business i travel to alice for a week every 2 months and i promise you this is the first and the last time i stay there. ill be back at the lassetters one word describes this hotel RUBBISH

Great value for money. Good service, very clean and in the centre of town. No need to leave the hotel in the evening as it has a great restaurant and bar.

pros After a tiring motorcycle ride from Tennant Creek, Mercure was a welcome oasis. the location was excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and bars. We enjoyed a delicious and extensive breakfast buffet, as well as a filling and well-presented dinner. the pool was a nice touch, and the staff, particularly Katie at the front desk, were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere, with intimate seating areas by the poolside. the laundry facilities were also a bonus, perfect for washing our trail-worn clothes after a long time on Larapinta.

Cons Nothing, everything was great! 🙂.

The food at the restaurant and room service was very good.

I thought the service at the restaurant was very bad. We had to ask many times to order, then repeat what we had ordered and then ask where our wine was on two occasions.I Asked the receptionist if there was a shuttle service to the airport and she said she would arrange transport. I was expecting a taxi and got a hire car which cost me $38. I then rang my son who was leaving later to warn him to ask for a taxi.

Mouthwatering breakfast options like tasty Barramundi fish 🐟, and the location is absolutely beautiful. the room is modern and comes with a nice balcony, a super comfy bed - it's all new and fancy here.

The room was updated and airy, in good refurbished condition. the balcony, safe, and coffee provided were perfect. - the hotel's very central location was a plus. - Monte's Lounge was within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, great for grabbing a drink or two.

The venue is original, food is reasonably priced, amazing location on the outskirts of Alice...
